Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and support, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing, and monitoring exercise performance.
  • Maintain overall tidiness of the clinics, following cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Have a sense of urgency, escalating patient concerns and issues to clinicians and the Clinic Director for quick resolution.
  • Greet and interact with patients warmly, promoting an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with patient intake and registration, including review of relevant paperwork, verified benefits, and completion of medical forms.
  • Be a key partner in converting referrals into evaluations, assisting with patient rescheduling, and providing primary support during the daily patient check-in process.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Healthcare experience, including Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students.
  • Customer Service experience, including service industry or administrative roles.
  • Certified Personal Trainer experience.
  • Associates Degree in Health Sciences or Related Field.
