About the Role

Amazon Freight is a rapidly growing startup within Amazon, seeking passionate professionals to shape the direction of the business.

We are looking for complex problem solvers who can build and manage relationships with senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies to externalize transportation capabilities as a service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the primary commercial relationship with executive decision-makers and build healthy engagements that enable business growth and opportunity.
  • Define and execute a strategic account growth plan, aligning stakeholders internally and externally to deliver on objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to implement and scale new business.
  • Partner with operations leaders to define scalable operating plans for accounts in your portfolio, achieving target portfolio financial outcomes.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and define business plans to achieve goals.
  • Prioritize and effectively communicate asks of partner teams to unlock new business opportunities and growth across your portfolio.
  • Manage your opportunity pipeline and monitor the health of your account, including customer KPI review, revenue quality monitoring, and contract adherence.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  • 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
