Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Bay Area Hospital. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will provide expert nutrition support and care to patients and staff, utilizing your knowledge of food and nutrition to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical nutrition support and care to patients and staff
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct nutrition assessments and counseling sessions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for registration
  • Licensed as a Dietitian in the State of Oregon
  • Current Drivers License or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Oregon Food Handler, Food Manager Certification, or ServSafe Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in clinical or community nutrition
  • Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Certified Diabetic Educator
  • Certified Oncology Nutrition Specialist
  • Certified Nutrition Support Specialist
