Job Title: Scrum Master

At Core4ce, we are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support our Government Customer in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise to support agile development using methodologies based on iterative development, requirements, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document requirements and specifications and review documentation provided by other teams and vendors.
• Synthesize requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines.
• Facilitate requirements prioritization and backlog grooming sessions.
• Develop and present routine and ad hoc project management reports.
• Assist with the development of meetings agendas and the subsequent capture and distribution of meeting minutes and action items.
• Ensure all project guidance, work products, and related documents are updated and posted to a common document repository.
• Provide advice and expertise in identifying and evaluating legacy systems and potential alternatives for their replacement or migration to virtual environments.
• Assist with the creation, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures for application or systems migration, configuration support, and network operations which improve service and repeatability.
• Translate and communicate complex technical documentation and subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help prioritize data and functional needs based on user and business management input regarding mission impacts and organizational goals.
• Perform short and long-range planning in support of existing and future requirements to enhance customer systems.
• Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against process requirements.
• Reviews and understands system test requirements, integrated testing activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years of experience, or a master's degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Ability to translate project requirements into objectives and tasks.
• Strong communications skills: you will be required to proactively engage fellow CDAO members and DoD cross-organizational colleagues both inside and outside of your team.
• Active Secret Clearance.
