Key Responsibilities
- Apply business process improvement practices to modernize projects, acquisition process/planning, and reengineer old methodologies/principles.
- Support agency teams in development and management of project milestones, goals, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients and requirements owners to build out product lines.
- Develop plans, road maps, software design strategies, and analyze and decompose activities and requirements to software designs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years of experience, or a master's degree plus 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Well-versed in modern software architectures like micro-services as well as front-end frameworks.
- DevSecOps experience preferred.
- Strong communications skills and ability to synthesize requirements underlying feature requests.
- Active Secret Clearance.
