Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's Degree in Billing/Revenue Cycle or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience with medical office billing procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes, as well as applicable dental and vision billing codes.
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Revenue Cycle knowledge and certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
