Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly experienced claims adjuster with a strong background in workers' compensation claims management. The Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will be responsible for handling a caseload of complex claims, collaborating with the team to promote injured worker recovery, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles a caseload of complex claims, applying expertise to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop and implement effective claims strategies.
  • Maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with stakeholders, including policyholders, medical professionals, and attorneys.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Texas non-subscriber claims experience.
  • Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate.
  • Active Adjuster's license for Texas or other required jurisdictional licensing.

Compensation:

$69,000 - $95,000 annual salary, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off program, company-paid holidays, and more.
