As a Customer Service Supervisor at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in driving member and provider satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering exceptional services through a fully integrated organization staffed by knowledgeable professionals supported by cutting-edge technologies and processes. This position is responsible for the overall supervision of Customer Service employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you assess individual and team performance on a regular basis, providing candid and timely feedback regarding developmental and training needs.

About this Role
  • Develops, motivates, evaluates, and coaches staff on work procedures, proper call handling, and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Utilizes available incentive programs to reward, recognize, and celebrate team and individual successes.
  • Monitors all performance measures such as daily stats and schedule adherence; allocates resources to meet volume and performance demands.

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.80 per year.
