About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the maintenance team at Packing Corp Of America, a leading provider of corrugated packaging solutions. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Operate and maintain a range of industrial equipment, including machinery, tools, and vehicles.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
  • Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
