About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a GreenDrop Customer Service Attendant. In this role, you'll be responsible for interacting with donors, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized donation center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in our brand.
  • Process donations efficiently and accurately, using a tablet to record donor information and track donations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized donation center, including the stock room and exterior areas.
  • Assist truck drivers during donation pick-ups and ensure a smooth logistics process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including filling out supply orders and maintaining inventory.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in outside conditions during various seasons.
