Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our retail sales team. As a Key Holder, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional athlete experience by educating customers on our performance sportswear and hardgoods. You'll lead by example, delivering the daily sales plan through motivating and coaching the sales team to create a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional athlete experiences through personalized service and product knowledge.
  • Cash handling and register transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Accept returns and process exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage inventory levels, including replenishing sales floor items and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support store projects and brand initiatives, including visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
  • Maintain up-to-date product education on the latest equipment and sportswear.
  • Merchandise the store to create an attractive and easy-to-shop environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and store leadership to ensure seamless execution of daily sales plans.
  • Open and close the store as the store leader, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in retail or customer-facing role.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong desire to help others succeed.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience leading a team and supporting store management, with a proven track record of success.
