Job Title:
Key Holder


SOLSTICE Keyholders are the Store Manager's trusted lieutenants, responsible for ensuring the store consistently meets sales goals and executes operational functions. They lead by example, reinforcing customer service standards and representing SOLSTICE's core values and selling culture.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service. The Key Holder must be self-motivated, taking initiative to ensure all operational functions are completed accurately and timely.


Responsibilities:

Includes all Selling Specialist duties, as well as:
Assist with training and supervision of staff to develop and maintain store selling, customer service skills and product knowledge; coach and guide Selling Specialists and peers
Stay up to date with Corporate communication; ensure the store team is kept informed
Self-motivated/takes initiative to ensure all operational functions are being completed accurately and timely; delegate, direct and prioritize tasks, as needed
When the Store Manager is not present, communicate as needed with the store's District Manager (DM) and Regional Manager (RM)
Partner with SM, DM, RM and/or Loss Prevention to address concerns related to unsatisfactory performance and policy violations in a timely matter
Accountable to opening/closing the store on-time
Ensure visual, housekeeping and safety standards are upheld throughout the entire store

Qualifications:
Passion for fashion, trends and style
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities; approachable, engaging with proven conflict resolution skills
Operates well in a fast-paced environment; adapts well to changes in traffic patterns, environments, tasks, etc.; proven time management and organizational skills
Positive attitude and approach to work; remains motivated and productive during downtime
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; is able to adapt style, as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and email
Strong attention to detail
Confident and mature
Reliable and punctual
Able to work flexible hours
Ability to stand for long periods of time*Ability to climb a ladder
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred
