Accounting Advisory Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Accounting Advisory to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our Accounting Advisory team, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients on a wide range of accounting and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting advisory services to clients, including IPO and M&A readiness, CFO advisory, SEC compliance and financial reporting, transaction advisory, and technical accounting research and position papers.
  • Develop and implement accounting solutions to address client needs and improve financial performance.
  • Lead and manage engagement teams to deliver high-quality client service and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting and financial needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing accounting standards and regulations to ensure clients receive expert guidance.
Requirements:
  • Manager or Senior Manager level experience in public accounting or audit/advisory.
  • Strong coaching and team management skills, with a desire to mentor staff.
  • Business development and networking skills to drive growth and client engagement.
  • Hybrid work arrangement (in-office 1-2 days/week) to meet with team members and clients as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business Related Field).
