We are seeking a highly skilled Field Inspection Manager to oversee all aspects of field operations within a geographical region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and adjust staffing capacity to meet projected order volume within Millennium's time service and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain sufficient training programs and supporting staff resources.
- Develop and enforce adequate control policies and processes to ensure high levels of accuracy, sufficient data security, and adherence to client specifications in the gathering of inspection data by our inspection staff.
- Analyze time-service reports and make adjustments to meet company standards.
- Train employees on best practices for inspection management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years managing inspectors or claim adjusters.
- Property and Casualty and/or property inspection industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Construction Management, or related industry.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
