Job Overview

The primary goal of our Spanish Department is to deliver exceptional customer support to our policyholders and agents, fostering relationships and creating positive experiences, predominantly in Spanish. Our Spanish-speaking clientele is expanding rapidly, now representing nearly 30% of our total active policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support for policyholders
  • Assistance for agents
  • Verification of sales via phone
  • Help with completing telephone applications
  • Processing service requests
  • Preparation and mailing of policy documents
  • Management of Spanish translations


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
  • Self-motivated and driven team members
  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Clear and professional communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish
