About This Role:

The Client Support Specialist position is a mid-level individual contributor at Arrivia, Inc. This role specializes in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with both members and clients. The Client Support Specialist responds to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner with satisfactory resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate customer service issues, including complaints, resolutions, and account mishaps.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Arrivia, resolving reservation issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to client emails, phone calls, and text messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up with the concierge team on customer-facing complaints and ensure escalated issues are resolved.
  • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate respect to others.
  • Maintain technical skills and enhance professional knowledge through continuing education opportunities.
  • Maintain good working relationships with co-workers, departments, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Spanish speaking highly preferred.
  • Business-to-business customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
