Position Overview

The role of a Brain Health Coach involves a comprehensive approach to enhancing cognitive wellness through personalized strategies and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough brain health evaluations following established protocols.
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to promote cognitive health.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor adherence to their plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Utilize digital tools for assessment, engagement, and effective communication.
  • Gather, manage, and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Facilitate educational and outreach events to promote brain health awareness.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives that showcase brain health programs.
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-Time Position, 80 hours bi-weekly
  • Standard Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness, fitness, or rehabilitation with a varied clientele.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
