POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Lead Client Performance Strategist to join our Boston team. This role is essential for a dedicated account management professional focused on identifying and nurturing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within their client portfolio while providing ongoing support to a designated group of dealer partners in a specific region. Key responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, enhancing understanding of the Outsell value proposition, increasing revenue within the existing client base, and maintaining revenue retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a client portfolio effectively to build lasting strategic relationships with dealer partners.
  • Develop, implement, and assist in executing proactive performance management strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance overall Outsell revenue through consultative sales techniques.
  • Evaluate account performance and provide data-driven insights to dealer partners to improve product adoption, highlight program value, and align strategies with clients' business goals.
  • Maintain a consistent client portfolio retention rate exceeding 90% and drive revenue growth through systematic efforts.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to resolve partner program issues and address partner inquiries.
  • Enhance expertise in the Outsell Platform, learn new features, deepen understanding of existing functionalities, and assist in educating clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate Outsell values in all interactions.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you meet the educational, experiential, and skill requirements outlined, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales/account management;
  • Google Analytics certification; or
  • A combination of education and experience necessary to fulfill core responsibilities.
  • Preferred: Experience in the automotive and digital marketing sectors or familiarity with retail business.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL

This role involves standard office tasks along with field visits to dealerships. Physical demands include:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work long hours in an office setting.
  • Effective communication in person, electronically, and via phone with customers, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Maintaining mental focus for prolonged periods.
  • Operating a computer and other office equipment.
  • Reviewing and managing printed documents.
  • Occasional lifting of technology and office equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Travel by car and plane to headquarters occasionally.
  • Up to 50% travel by car and plane to dealerships, conferences, and other destinations.
