Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at HealthSouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing, evaluating, and correlating test procedures, as well as assisting in the selection and evaluation of test methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and evaluate test procedures to ensure accurate results
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of test methods to improve laboratory efficiency
- Participate in the educational and professional development of laboratory personnel and new employees
- Perform routine administrative and non-routine technical functions as needed
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
