We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at TDL Staffing, Inc. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Remove dirty linens and rubbish from guest rooms and transport to laundry or dumpsters.
    • Deliver amenities and linens to guest rooms or housekeeping closets.
    • Communicate with supervisors and other team members for service or technical updates, requests, or concerns.
  • Housekeeping Maintenance
    • Maintain organization for all housekeeping storage areas, ensuring they are clean of clutter and free from cross-contamination.
    • Complete regular projects and deep cleaning.
  • Guest Services
    • Interact and communicate with guests, providing property-specific and local information, answering questions, and communicating concerns to supervisors while creating memorable moments for our guests.
    • Assist in other areas of housekeeping as needed (cleaning guest rooms, folding laundry).
  • Quality Standards
    • Maintain quality standards at all times.
Requirements
  • Black pants and shoes.
  • Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
  • Background will be reviewed.
  • Drug-free environment.
