The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with demonstrated proficiency in supporting LAN/WAN equipment and applications. You'll also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct hardware and software support to end-users, evaluating their needs and requirements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service levels through various methods, including phone support for computer, hardware, software, printer, or data network issues.
  • Facilitate projects by leading, testing, documenting, and implementing major projects for our field support team.
  • Own A/V technology utilized throughout our conference rooms, serving as A/V SME for the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to data networks (LAN and WAN), Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide installation and/or upgrades of new hardware and software to the client environment, including computers, laptops, servers, data network equipment, and printers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of broad-based experience in specific and related disciplines of the business.
  • Supervisory training and/or experience is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and others).
