About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Advocate to join our Commercial Lines team at Deland, Gibson Insurance Associates Inc. As a Client Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and working closely with our Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes to provide accurate and timely support to clients.
- Provide industry-leading customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
- Assist with Certificates of Insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client needs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Learn and master our CRM system, Applied Epic, to effectively manage client interactions and data.
- Communicate with carriers to problem-solve and resolve client issues, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong interest in the insurance industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of flexibility.
- Self-motivation and accountability to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, demonstrating a team player attitude.
