We are seeking a GEOINT Collection Requirements Manager for a position at a leading organization.
Key Responsibilities:- TS/SCI Clearance: Must possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.
- Senior Labor Category: Over 10 years of experience and a Master's degree. A Senior labor category typically works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
- GEOINT Experience: 5+ years of experience coordinating all-source intelligence operational environments, mission management, or collection management related to the GEOINT intelligence discipline.
- Software-Based Requirements: 5+ years of experience with software-based requirements and RFI management systems such as COLISEUM, GETS, CHROME, CRATE, JIRA, TMT, and Microsoft SharePoint in support of registering, validating, deconflicting, assigning, and scheduling crisis and non-crisis requirements for intelligence reporting or finished intelligence production.
- Customer Communication: Experience communicating with customers on production and collection requests to ensure that essential elements of information are included through the vetting process.
- Operational Intelligence Centers: Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers.
- Intelligence Disciplines: Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines and the concepts, tools, principles, processes, and practices associated with the intelligence cycle to identify potential gaps and ensure the timely submission of new collection requirements.
- Database Management: Ability to create and maintain databases to better understand and synchronize intelligence picture, resource allocation, and staffing requirements.
- Combatant Command Experience: Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center.
- USINDOPACOM Intelligence: Experience with USINDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets.
- Cyber, Air, Naval, or Space Domains: Experience collaborating with teams in Cyber, Air, Naval, or Space domains.
- Team Leadership: Experience with teams of analysts of various sizes and skill levels with the ability to mentor and teach more junior analysts.
- Information Synthesis: Experience synthesizing information from multi-INT reporting and tools to perform time-critical research, finished intelligence production, and dissemination of time-sensitive intelligence information.
- Organizational Skills: Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks.
