Job Summary:
This is a business development position in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.
As a Collection Strategist, you will provide assistance in the creation of collection strategies, postures, and plans in order to meet ISR intelligence and information gaps.
You will apply expertise across intelligence collection specialties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collection strategies to meet ISR intelligence and information gaps.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and prioritize collection requirements.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support collection planning and execution.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in intelligence data.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as intelligence studies, international relations, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in intelligence operations, collection planning, or a related field.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Work Environment:
This position will be based in an office environment with occasional travel to other sites.
Equipment and Machines:
You will be required to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, and other equipment as required.
Attendance:
Regular attendance of scheduled hours is expected, but flexibility to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements is necessary.
Other Essential Functions:
- Demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Have clear, concise, and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000.
