Job Summary

MagnaWave Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow-up with sales leads and respond to inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Assign sales leads, questions, and issues to sales staff.
  • Provide information, quotes, credit terms, and other sales information to clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and/or service agreements; prepare contracts, quotes, and submit orders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, managers, and staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and report results and status updates of accounts and leads.
  • Assist with answering phone calls and coordinating appointments.
  • Connect incoming leads with Sales Representatives.
  • Troubleshoot internal system issues.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Director of Sales and Sales Support Staff.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years office experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter.
  • Infusionsoft experience a plus, but not required.
  • Mac experience a plus.
  • Equine industry experience a plus.
  • High School diploma required, college degree preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
