Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders efficiently.
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Operations Supervisors to establish shipping timelines and labor needs.
  • Assist supervisors in managing operations across multiple accounts.
  • Engage in product rework and repackaging as required.
  • Help maintain warehouse security by ensuring safe operational practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred experience with warehouse management systems.
