Your Impact:

This position is responsible for overseeing kitchen management functions and improving the performance of the assigned bar and restaurant location. Aligned with our Lifestyle brand strategy, this role focuses on crafting positive, unforgettable experiences for our patrons.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Leads and guides assistant kitchen managers, lead cooks, and line cooks in adherence to internal food safety protocols and health regulations.
  • Oversees and audits inventory while managing cost of goods, following up on assigned reports within the restaurant.
  • Assists with food preparation and cooking in accordance with recipe guidelines.
  • Actively participates in recruitment efforts for the restaurant, aiding in staffing during turnover periods and high-volume events. May assist at other locations with recruitment.
  • Ensures that service areas, including the kitchen and bar, consistently meet or exceed internal standards.
  • Aims to meet financial targets and enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Contributes to the development plans for direct reports, including scheduling meetings and check-ins.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with staff and leadership.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant food safety standards, both internal and external.
  • Completes additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in leading kitchen operations in a bar or restaurant setting is essential
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player with a positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
