Job Overview:

RMA Network is seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison Specialist to join their team in Northern California. This is a Full-Time position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

The Clinical Liaison Specialist will be responsible for generating new referral opportunities with community physicians and ancillary clinical referral sources in assigned territory. They will promote and differentiate RMA fertility services and products to meet or exceed quarterly territory objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and differentiate RMA fertility services and products to meet or exceed quarterly territory objectives.
  • Generate new business opportunities by creating and leveraging relationships that enhance and differentiate RMA's offerings within an assigned territory.
  • Integrate into referring offices and provide value-added contact using a consultative selling approach.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with physicians, nurses, ancillary personnel, and practice administrators in referring programs.
  • Manage database of referring physicians in territory and exhibit expertise in use of Tableau.
  • Coordinate and implement territory initiatives, including physician lunches, dinner presentations, programs, and value-added programs.
  • Attend local and regional conferences and events to promote RMA.
  • Manage resources effectively and process expenses in a compliant and timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales, marketing, and/or account management experience.
  • Strong grasp of new technologies and business analytics tools and resources.
