The Resource Specialist Liaison works with clients and families to identify and access essential resources for housing, Family Finding, social supports, and other necessary services. This role is part of the Assertive Community Treatment program at Stars Behavioral Health Group, serving adults (18+) and older adults in a fully community-based setting.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in mental healthcare. As a Resource Specialist Liaison, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and advocacy. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients navigate complex systems and access vital resources.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with clients and their families to develop personalized plans
  • Navigating community resources to secure housing, employment, education, and other essential services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders

Compensation: $24-$33 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in social services preferred; two years of experience in mental health or social services; bilingual Spanish skills a plus
