Project Installation Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Installation Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for leading the design, installation, and management of irrigation systems and other agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project installation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead the design and installation of irrigation systems and other agricultural equipment, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project objectives with our company strategy.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules, regularly communicating updates and progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project installation team, promoting teamwork and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the design and installation of irrigation systems and other agricultural equipment.
  • Proficiency in CID (Certified Irrigation Designer) is a must.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Ability to travel as needed for project installations.
