Job Title: Account Coordinator

At Sedex, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Strategic Account Managers in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Strategic Account Managers in managing key project deliverables to support revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Manage meeting notes, follow-ups, and outcomes to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Day-to-day management of technology and product queries across the strategic portfolio.
  • Own and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring both Sedex and customer needs are considered.
  • Responsible for raising invoices and chasing payments for membership and services sold.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes that positively impact the customer journey.
  • Support the coordination of global accounts with regional teams and align on goals and deliverables.
  • Manage product email campaigns and collaborate with internal business teams.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in an account support or sales administrator role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and ever-changing startup environment.
  • Experience in creating and strengthening customer and internal relationships.
  • Innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Critical and creative thinking with the ability to be agile in an ever-changing environment.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent information gathering and verbal/written presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and ideally Gainsight or other Customer Success tools.
