Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to join our team at Element Consulting, Inc.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced scheduling professional to utilize their expertise in program management and construction project timelines.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate program schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for various construction projects.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with project teams and department staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain program schedules for multiple construction projects.
  • Identify and analyze project risks, opportunities, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to obtain accurate and timely program schedule updates.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control on received information.
  • Create conceptual what-if schedules for various project types.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and earned value analysis.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • At least eight years of full-time paid professional experience in scheduling for an owner or general contractor.
  • Proficiency in Primavera 15.1 or above and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Located in El Segundo, CA.
