This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in scheduling for educational facilities or public works projects. Your expertise will be critical in managing construction project schedules, developing and maintaining schedules, monitoring project updates, performing quality assurance, and creating conceptual what-if schedules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to obtain timely and accurate program schedule updates.
  • Perform QA/QC on information received and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types.
  • Conduct Critical Path analyses and Earned Value analyses to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare and present ad-hoc reports and analyses to management.
