Job Summary

As a Construction Scheduling Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing the program schedules for multiple construction projects at Element Consulting, Inc.

About the Job:

  • You will develop and maintain accurate program schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for various construction projects.
  • Your strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities will enable you to work effectively with project teams and department staff.
  • You will collaborate with project teams to obtain accurate and timely program schedule updates and perform quality assurance and quality control on received information.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain program schedules for multiple construction projects.
  • Analyze project risks, opportunities, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to obtain accurate and timely program schedule updates.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control on received information.
  • Create conceptual what-if schedules for various project types.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and earned value analysis.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • At least eight years of full-time paid professional experience in scheduling for an owner or general contractor.
  • Proficiency in Primavera 15.1 or above and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.

Compensation: $125,000 - $155,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Our office is located in El Segundo, CA.
