About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food according to item specifications
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acknowledging and addressing member needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Adapt to new tools and technologies, leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) a plus
