Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager III to support the Director of Retail Services in the overall success of a healthcare-based cafe with over $2M in sales annually.

This role involves adhering to the client's culture and guidelines, Health Department regulations, and company standards and policies. The successful candidate will motivate, train, develop, and direct a team of 25 employees to achieve the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day service of the operation
  • Plan and supervise special functions, maintain cash controls and payroll records, and oversee the hiring of frontline team members
  • Direct and train staff to provide excellent retail food service
  • Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 2 years of retail operational/food service management experience
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations
  • Retail marketing experience is preferred
  • Experience with cash retail operations
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
  • Associates degree is preferred
