Agile Scrum Master Position

Job Summary:
Redolent is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Agile development cycle ceremonies, including PI planning, daily standups, feature refinements, sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives.
- Document action items from meetings and follow up with stakeholders.
- Develop trusted relationships with project and program stakeholders.
- Deliver effective executive-level communication.
- Assist leadership with onboarding and training staff and contractors as needed.
- Experience working with SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience in consulting large corporations, preferably in the Telecom domain.
- SAFe Agile certifications, such as CSM, PO/PM.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Skills:
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and demonstrated communication skills.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Flexible with proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
- Technically competent with various software programs, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
