About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify health issues, and develop effective care plans
- Prioritize patient and family needs, delegate tasks, and follow up promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues, community members, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and resolve issues
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid nursing license
- 1 year of experience in Emergency Department required
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
