Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to lead our team and drive continued growth and success in the Northeast US territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and target high-potential customers to drive new business and expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on high-impact opportunities and large accounts.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business needs, present tailored solutions, and close complex deals.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals that deliver value to both the client and the company, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in strategic sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, with expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • A relentless drive to seek out and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
  • Ability to think long-term and develop strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • High level of resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
