About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for pediatric critical care. You will work collaboratively with our team of experienced healthcare professionals to provide state-of-the-art care to children in need. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, and treating critically ill patients, as well as developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose critically ill patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to children in need
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric critical care, participating in ongoing education and professional development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current APRN licensure in the State of Nebraska
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pediatric critical care
  • CPNP-AC certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
