Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading customer success initiatives, driving adoption and growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customers through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Minimize customer escalations through proactive account monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full adoption and high utilization of Kalderos solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer success criteria and goals achievement.
  • Review and analyze data to ensure quarterly objectives are met.
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive business value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, science, or healthcare administration.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience in administering and/or implementing a medical claims, healthcare data management, or similar SaaS/cloud-based product.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • High level of proficiency in office suite applications and data analysis tools.

  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $135,000 base + commission.
