Field Service Representative II

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Representative II to join our team at Intralot, Inc. As a Field Service Representative II, you will be responsible for promoting and selling lottery tickets to retailers, delivering POS terminals and supplies, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise and promote lottery ticket sales through contracted retailers
  • Deliver retailer POS terminals and supplies
  • Identify and contact prospective businesses to enroll as lottery retailers
  • Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and system issues
  • Introduce and explain new lottery products to retailers and players
  • Maintain and build retailer relationships
  • Conduct initial and ongoing training of new and existing retailer employees on lottery products and benefits
  • Assist retailers in resolving lottery-related customer issues
  • Increase territory sales through merchandising and specific game promotions

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a selling/service environment
  • Must have at least three years of driving experience in the class of vehicle operated
  • Must be able to distinguish between far, near, and peripheral distances
  • Driving record must be free of DUI/DWI for three years prior to employment
