As a Clinical Research Associate - Field Monitor (Animal Health), you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our cutting-edge studies. Your expertise will be instrumental in monitoring clinical trials, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support multiple clinical trials/studies for farm and companion animals, adhering to protocols and providing comprehensive assistance to scientists.
  • Monitor clinical studies in animals, including pivotal safety and effectiveness assessments, while ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Prepare and ship clinical trial/study documentation and regulatory documents, verifying drug accountability and managing query communication with study sites.
  • Independently assess compliance with study protocols by interacting with Investigator sites or third-party contract facilities, address QA audits, and oversee routine activities such as site recruitment and training.
  • Collaborate across R&D teams, contribute to project planning, and demonstrate leadership by fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values, delivering innovative solutions, and facilitating accurate project forecasts.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field and/or 5+ years of applicable experience or a Master's degree in a science or health-related field with 3+ years of applicable experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Monitoring experience in animals.
  • Experienced in monitoring multi-site clinical field safety and effectiveness studies in client-owned animals, while possessing effective communication skills and a working knowledge of computer applications and basic animal health concepts for contributing to project plans.
