- Welcome and guide visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Oversee the sign-in and sign-out process for residents and guests.
- Respond to inquiries in accordance with established protocols, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle requests positively and gather necessary information for follow-up actions.
- Timely notify the Supervisor in Charge of resident assistance requests.
- Sort, receive, and distribute mail effectively.
- Assist with the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
- Process payments and issue receipts for accounts.
- Coordinate transportation requests for medical appointments.
- Perform general office tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
