Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Month-End and Year-End Activities
    • Support the finance team in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Develop Operational Analyses
    • Work with the finance team to develop and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.
  • Support Audit Requests
    • Assist the finance team in responding to internal and external audit requests, providing support and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain Internal Control Framework
    • Work with the internal audit team to maintain and update the internal control framework, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Work
    • Participate in project work focused on analysis and process improvements, working closely with the finance team to identify and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an Accounting or Finance major.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Strong customer service skills.
