Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Brilliant Financial Search - IL. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, reconciliations, and other financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
