HRIS Analyst

West Bend Mutual Insurance Co. is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting daily HRIS operations, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations.

• Manage user access, security settings, and system configurations to meet evolving business requirements.
• Design and maintain the HRIS in support of West Bend's data management and reporting needs.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business stakeholders, providing actionable insights for workforce planning, talent management, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to develop solutions leveraging HR systems.
• Regularly evaluate the current state of the system and integrations, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancements.

• 5+ years of experience working with UKG as an HRIS Analyst.
• Working knowledge of a variety of PC applications and report-generating tools, including relational database concepts and demonstrated expertise with HRIS report writers.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or applicable related field.
• FPC or CPP designation.
• Completion of Designation in General Insurance.
