Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate various aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, security, safety, space planning, and environmental services.
  • Ensure that facilities are well-maintained, efficient, and aligned with the organization's sales strategy and cultural expectations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facility management and collaborate with other departments to support the overall functioning of the organization.
  • Partner with Divisional Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Department Vice Presidents to ensure assigned Home Office Support are following directional needs as requested.
  • Conduct campus visits and ensure assigned Home Office Support are supporting campus as needed to maintain the highest standards.
  • Manage capital allocation for all health care facilities to ensure critical reliability goals are maintained.
  • Assist in the development of new training programs to ensure that plant operations and environmental services teams are current and up to date with regulatory and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  • NFPA voting membership preferred.
  • NFPA 101 Certification preferred.
