Job Description
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from the dining room to the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include creating a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer service, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory, enforcing food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee all restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and developing a talented team.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying our Philoxenia spirit, building relationships with guests, resolving issues promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations by managing inventory, enforcing food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the restaurant industry. You should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should be proficient in financial management and budgeting, and have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
