We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services to play a pivotal role in our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage in business development initiatives with existing and potential clients, including research, proposal preparation, and participation in networking opportunities.

· Contribute to the creation of training materials, process enhancements, and industry-specific analyses to improve client deliverables.

· Assist in defining project scopes and preparing engagement letters for new assignments.

· Supervise managers and junior staff to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with client expectations.

· Lead various buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects for private equity firms, investment banks, and middle-market entities, leveraging extensive deal experience to address complex challenges.

· Collaborate with clients and target companies to gather necessary information and ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

· Conduct thorough analyses of target company data to uncover historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential risks affecting valuation.

· Review employment contracts, facility leases, and equipment leases to assess their impact on free cash flow.

· Generate reliable financial reports, manage data effectively, and present historical and pro forma results to inform strategic decision-making.

· Demonstrate a proactive approach and willingness to engage in hands-on work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Provide clear communication regarding project status and key findings to both internal teams and clients.

· Support leadership in making informed business decisions through detailed analysis.

· Apply advanced accounting and financial expertise to address specific client needs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

· A minimum of five years of relevant experience in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, or professional consulting services.

· Preferred experience in Healthcare, Retail, or Professional Services sectors.

· Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); CPA or CFA designation is preferred.

· Exceptional analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of integrated financial statements and accounting fundamentals.

· In-depth knowledge of quality of earnings analysis, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow metrics.

· Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, along with superior written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective time management.

· Successful track record in conducting executive management interviews with target companies.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant financial software tools.
